开思成猎头热点招聘 Position 1 : Training Manager – Music Education Reporting to: AGM Job Responsibilities: 1、To plan and schedule promotional and enrollment activities and promote our education programme to general public. 2、To keep track on teachers teaching standard, to review teachers' performance before renewal of new contracts and to enter into new contracts with teachers (arrangement of teaching hours, teaching level, teaching locations etc.) 3、To arrange regular meetings with teachers (by course) regarding complaints, disciplines, teaching problems. 4、To keep track on student monthly drop-out report, to investigate the difficulties and problems by interviewing teachers, then to get solution. Personnel Requirement: 1、Degree holder in music or equivalent, willing to devote himself in education career. 2、Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently. 3、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels. 4、Good organizing and administration abilities. 5、At
least 7 years working experience with 5 years at supervisory level in
teaching and music related field. Position 2 : Store General
Manager Reporting to: AGM Job Responsibilities: 1、To build up and retain store image as the most professional store and the excellent service provider in China MI industry. 2、To plan, direct and control store retail operation to provide high-standard in-store service, after-sales service to customers. Continuously improve operation effectiveness and efficiency, responsible for the outcomes of customer satisfaction, sales, P/L and other operating performance index. 3、To keep eyes on market trend and competition, coordinate with related marketing and product specialist to fine-tune retail marketing & sales strategies for each product section, organizing implementation for results. 4、Effectively manage and make utilize of multi-functions facilities, education and promotion activities to attract potential customer and cultivate loyal customer for the store. 5、To provide leadership, on the job coaching to the subordinators, building talent to fulfill the current operation and future expansion. Personnel Requirement: 1、University graduated with degree in Management or Business Administration. Good English and communication skills. 2、10 years experience in brand and service-oriented retail business of which 5 years in senior position of store management. Experience in new-start retail operation is preferred. 3、Good leadership and people skills, abilities to set, monitor and keep high standard requirements and performance for all operation. Strong in coaching subordinators. 4、Mature, persevere in pursue company business success and personal career development. 职位3:工程租赁部经理(音响) 汇报对象:AGM 岗位职责: 1、工程租赁部业务开拓及部门管理工作; 2、专业音响工程租赁业务与直接业务的联络; 3、专业音响工程方案设计、调试及技术支持。 任职资格: 1、四十岁以下,大专以上学历; 2、专业音响领域5年以上经验,其中3年以上管理经验,有大型演出场馆音响设备施工经验者优先; 3、熟练的电脑操作,懂英语者优先; 4、良好的沟通、协调能力。 |
