招聘职位：DSP Firmware Engineer Lead

Responsibilities:       
      Immediate opportunities exist in our China Design Center (in Beijing).  The qualified candidates will:

• Contribute to modem design and DSP algorithms.
• Contribute to design of high-speed DSL transceiver technology, based on a programmable signal processing LSI.
• Make significant contributions to design and implementation of new high speed transceivers.
• Have the ability to travel to US locations for training, seminars, or other activities.
• Potential to become technical managers.

Qualifications/Skills:

·         ·        MS degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.

·         ·        2+ year experience and strong knowledge in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) or digital communication systems (wireless or broadband).

·         ·        Assembly, ‘C’ languages, Matlab skills.

·         ·        Knowledge of embedded & real time operating systems and/or diagnostics software is a plus.

·         ·        Experience with laboratory instruments (spectrum analyzer, oscilloscopes) and hardware  is a plus

·         ·        Good problem analyzing and solving skill; Quick-to-learn; Good communication skills; Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of resolving problem;

• Excellent written/verbal communications skills in Chinese and English
